The Colorado Avalanche are the defending Stanley Cup champions and are once again one of the favorites to win it all in 2024. They have a lot of firepower up front, led by Nathan MacKinnon, Mikko Rantanen, and Valeri Nichushkin. They also have a strong defense, led by Cale Makar and Devon Toews. In goal, they have Darcy Kuemper, who was excellent for them in the playoffs last year.

The Avalanche are projected to win the Central Division and are likely to be a high seed in the playoffs. They have a lot of experience and talent, and they should be considered one of the favorites to win the Stanley Cup in 2024.
